Derin Flex
At Derin Flex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your t-shirt, please review our return and exchange policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
A proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
2. Exchange Policy
You may exchange your t-shirt for a different size or style (subject to availability).
If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund.
3. Return Policy
If you wish to return an item, you can request a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
4. Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery.
We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Items marked Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
Used, washed, or altered items cannot be returned.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
